I'm wondering how some self-appointed people think that they can speak on behalf of a group....For example, they'll use phrases such as, "We as a people", "We as women", "On behalf of [a group]", and the like ....If the whole group didn't vote for you to be the spokesperson, then just share your view...Don't present yourself as representing others...

Sometimes, when you reassess your life, you'll see that you already have what you say you need...

At times, even when you try to make it what it's not, it is what it is, so when you deal with it as it is, then you're more likely to have resolution...

As with business matters, in other areas of life, prioritization is important. Sometimes you have to prioritize people. It’s not important that you hang with everyone….

It's not good to leave people, who don't know how to connect to the appropriate resources, in charge....

Flexibility allows you to change direction when needed. Sometimes, you have to shift course...

Sometimes, a closed mouth is more powerful than words...

As in basketball, in life, people might try to fake you left or right. They might try to shake you...Don't fall for the okey-doke. Hold your ground...

When you put things in perspective, you see that the situation is easier to navigate than it seemed, and you are better able to plan and execute....

Saturday, I moved to Atlanta, and I like it! Yay!

Awesome! Undercover Boss was awesome!...I'm going to have to re-watch it on cbs.com....Whew!...I've cried hard on some episodes, but this was the hardest that I've cried...Oh goodness! Awesome!

When people, who are mean to you, try to "act nice" in front of certain people, and the mean people don't understand why you're not down with their show, keep smiling...

If your customers say something that you don't understand, then don't get mad. Get an understanding...Help facilitate progress not hinder it...

O.K. so Atlanta still has ice…I wanted to move today because I thought the streets (expressways) would be clear…Well, my move is postponed until the streets clear----Depending on conditions, I’ll try to drive in the snow, but ice--I don’t fool with ice…Ice is a Beast…

Perception is interesting. A person might deem an act both good and bad, depending on how the person perceives the actor. For example, James and John both refuse to serve food to the homeless. Andy thinks highly of James so he considers James as being cautious for not serving. However, Andy thinks John is a low life so he considers John as arrogant for not serving. Is behavior behavior no matter who the actor is?...

Yay! Though my company has been in Atlanta for a couple of months, on Wednesday, I’m moving to Atlanta!...I’m thankful that a paternal cousin connected me to other cousins….I’ll temporarily share a house with a cousin (split bills)…and then find me a place...I look forward to what’s in store for me through my move to the Atl!
